Danielle WeissWCSU Biology ’21Danielle is pursuing an ecological biology degree at WCSU. She will graduate in December 2021 and plans to continue her education in a graduate PhD program. When not pulling a white cloth over vegetation, she stays busy lifting weights at the gym or getting outdoors to longboard, paint, or do yoga. She worked as a summer research assistant for the tick lab in the summer of 2019, 2020, and is back working in the lab for the Fall of 2020. She is also currently working on her senior research project studying how the microclimate of backyards influences tick survival rates.
